Difficulty Swallowing and Chewing

1. Avoid or Modify very Dry Foods
     - Breads, short breads and cookies
     - Use sauces, soups ,liquids to moisten


2. Modify food textures/ and consistencies
    - Chop meats to small pieces
    - Puree or blenderize foods
    - Chose softer foods
